Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP)

Counseling Services of Bemidji offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) based on household size and income. Eligibility is available to all patients with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. SFDP detail, the application, and contact information are available at HERE.
